shipping experience. As a drop shipping business, our shipping times and costs
vary depending on the supplier, product type, and delivery location.

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after
payment confirmation.

Once an order has been placed, changes or cancellations may
not be possible. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your
purchase.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the product and destination.
Estimated timeframes are as follows:

Metro Areas: 7-14 business days

Regional Areas: 10-20 business days

Remote Locations: 15-30 business days (subject to
availability and additional fees)

Please note that delays may occur due to supplier processing
times, customs clearance, or unforeseen courier disruptions. Laurent Home is
not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the
delivery address and product dimensions.

Large, bulky, or custom orders may incur additional shipping
charges. If applicable, customers will be contacted before processing.

Remote and regional deliveries may attract extra fees. If
your address falls into this category, we will notify you before dispatch to
confirm any additional costs.

Tracking & Delivery

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been
dispatched, allowing you to monitor its progress.

Deliveries are made during standard business hours and may
require a signature upon receipt. If no one is available, the courier may leave
a collection card or attempt redelivery at their discretion.

We do not accept liability for lost or stolen packages once
marked as delivered by the courier.

Failed Deliveries & Redelivery Fees

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect
address details or the recipient being unavailable, additional redelivery fees
may apply.

If an order is returned to us due to failure to collect or
accept delivery, any reshipping costs will be at the customer’s expense.

International Shipping

At this time, Laurent Home only ships within Australia. We do
not offer international shipping.

Damaged or Missing Items

If an order arrives damaged, customers must report the issue
within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

If an item is missing, please notify us within 48 hours
so we can investigate with the supplier.

Claims made outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

within 48 hours of delivery. To process your claim, we require:

  • Clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted. Once reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement, store credit, or refund will be issued.

 Returns Process

If a return is approved, the item must be returned in its original packaging and in unused condition.

The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is deemed faulty.
